I built Inspire FD because I kept seeing the same thing. Brilliant business owners, working incredibly hard, with less freedom than they deserved — and accountants who were telling them what had happened last year instead of helping them decide what happens next.

I’m a CIMA-qualified FD with over two decades of experience working alongside UK SME owner-managers. I’ve seen businesses from the inside — the cash flow pressures, the uncertainty of not knowing whether the plan is working, the creeping realisation that the business is running you rather than the other way around.

Why the Inspire Framework?

I became a Value Builder Advisor and Motivational Maps Practitioner because I wanted a structured way to help business owners build something genuinely valuable — not just a profitable business, but one that gives them Financial Freedom, Time Freedom, and Mind Freedom.

How I work

I work as a solo practitioner, which means when you engage Inspire FD, you get me — not a junior account manager. Every meeting, every report, every piece of analysis is delivered personally. I run a deliberately efficient practice, which means I spend less time on administration and more time thinking about your business.
